Project Manager

About the role

IST Networks is a Teleperformance company and CX Technology Systems Integrator, delivering enterprise contact-centre and customer-experience platforms (Genesys, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, Cisco) across EMEA. As Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of CX technology projects for enterprise clients across Morocco and the wider Francophone Africa region — managing scope, budget, timeline, and risk while acting as the primary point of coordination between clients, engineering teams, and vendors.  

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and manage the delivery of contact-centre and CX technology implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and handover 
• Own project scope, budget, resourcing, and timeline, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests 
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, running steering committees, status reporting, and escalation management in both English and French 
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams — engineering, QA, integration, and network — to keep workstreams aligned and on schedule 
• Translate business and technical requirements gathered from clients into structured project plans and delivery milestones 
• Manage vendor and partner relationships (Genesys, NICE, AWS, Cisco) as needed for escalations and project dependencies 
• Maintain project documentation — status reports, RAID logs, statements of work, and change orders 
• Ensure projects are delivered to quality, scope, and contractual standards, and support smooth transition to managed operations/support 
• Report project health, financials, and milestones to internal leadership on a regular cadence 

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience managing technology or systems-integration projects, ideally within contact-centre, telecom, or enterprise software delivery 
• Fluent English and French required — you will run client communication, workshops, and reporting in both languages 
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a strong plus 
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream projects with competing priorities and firm deadlines 
• Strong grasp of project financials — budgeting, forecasting, and margin management 
• Comfortable working with technical delivery teams and translating between business and engineering language 
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills 
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

You will run delivery across some of IST's most technically complex CX projects in the region, working directly with senior client stakeholders rather than through account management layers. 

The team

You will sit within IST's Delivery/PMO function, working closely with Engineering, QA, and Integration teams, and liaising directly with client stakeholders across Morocco and Francophone Africa.
